Matthew is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has performed over three thousand valuations.
Matthew is also a qualified accountant with fifteen years’ experience as a Management Accountant in the health sector. His roles have included Head of Primary Care Finance and Assistant Director of Finance.
Matthew leads on the valuations and oversees our finance department. He believes in a ‘hands-on personal approach’. Right from the start, he allows up to an hour for each valuation appointment, building on the careful research and market analysis performed, he will go into as much (or as little) detail as the seller requires to ensure the valuation of the property (and the science behind it) is understood.
Director of Sales & Lettings
Sally has a background in operational management within the public health sector including Associate Director of Performance and Divisional General Manager.
Sally oversees and takes overall responsibility for our sales and lettings services. However she has a specific focus on lettings.
In addition Sally leads on the marketing for the company and is passionate about ensuring we provide the very best in property marketing details.

Lettings is a complex service and attention to details is pivotal both in ensuring our landlords provide all the legal requirements in renting a property, but also in providing a advice and a quality service to our tenants.

Aimee has joined our lettings team and is responsible for the day to day running of our rental properties.
She will be the first person our tenants see when first viewing an property and will guide them through the credit and reference process.
Aimee is also responsible for undertaking inspections and will be at the end of the phone to resolve any maintenance issues for our tenants.
