Matthew is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has performed over three thousand valuations.
Matthew is also a qualified accountant with fifteen years’ experience as a Management Accountant in the health sector. His roles have included Head of Primary Care Finance and Assistant Director of Finance.
Matthew leads on the valuations and oversees our finance department. He believes in a ‘hands-on personal approach’. Right from the start, he allows up to an hour for each valuation appointment, building on the careful research and market analysis performed, he will go into as much (or as little) detail as the seller requires to ensure the valuation of the property (and the science behind it) is understood.
Director of Sales & Lettings
Sally is responsible for the operational management of the company.
She has a background in operational management within the public health sector including Associate Director of Performance and Divisional General Manager.
Sally manages the operational team and takes overall responsibility for customer service, including negotiations, completions and client communication all of which are the fundamental principles that our company is founded on.
In addition Sally leads on the marketing for the company and is passionate about ensuring we provide the very best in property marketing details.
Sally is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Debra has over 20 years experience in the industry. Initially as a negotiator and then moving into a Branch Manager role.
Debra brings with her a wealth of knowledge in both sales and lettings and holds both the NAEA and ARLA qualifications.
With a passion for property Debra is keen to ensure we continue to provide the very best in customer service and is a point of contact for anyone wishing to sell their property.
Debra also oversees the sales department and lettings department, offering support and advice to the team, along with providing support to clients.
Ashley joined us with a desire to learn about the property industry and his enthusiasm for his role demonstrates this.
Ashley started with us as a Property Consultant but his interest in lettings and desire to learn more has seen him recently promoted to the role of Lettings Manager.
Ashley manages all our rental properties and ensures all the inspections are undertaken and undertakes all the check-in and exit inspections of properties. He also manages the maintenance side of the properties we manage and supports tenants with any property issues they may have.

Oliver has joined our team with an abundance of enthusiasm and desire to learn about the industry. His previous experience has been in retail and he has brought with him a a lovely ability to develop a great rapport with clients.
He will likely be one of the first people you talk to when you call us and his focus is on ensuring all calls are managed, ensuring viewings are booked in, and in addition attending viewings and supports the lettings team.
Olivia has joined our team to support the front end of the service and will also likely be one of the first people you speak to.
