We are proudly independent with a reputation based on the quality of our marketing and level of support guaranteed to all of our clients. We have two professional photographers as part of our team, to ensure your property stands out from the crowd and attracts that all important offer.
Our philosophy is to provide a personal, customer-focused service with an honest and open fee structure that provides excellent value for money.
We guarantee that we have no hidden fees at any point in our process. We believe that by offering the customer choice and input into the marketing of the property, it enables us to provide a flexible tailor-made approach to our clients at an extremely competitive price.
We appreciate you need complete confidence in the person you are dealing with, and to this end you can rest assured that here at The Purple Property Shop we will work with you to demonstrate our level of professionalism and expertise to you.
For further reassurance we are proud members of both The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS)
Jump start is our unique service that we have introduced and its success has seen properties sell in days rather than weeks (sometimes before they even reach the internet!).
As a leading estate agent in the North West we have thousands of registered buyers looking for properties just like yours. Our state of the art software will match your property to prospective buyers and details will be sent to them ahead of your property being launched on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location.
One of our team will then personally contact the most likely candidates to be interested in your property and invite them to view it. This creates both the anticipation and demand for your property prior to its launch.
If you book a valuation with The Purple Property Shop, Matthew will very likely be the first person you meet.
Matthew is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has performed over three thousand valuations.
Matthew is also a qualified accountant with fifteen years’ experience as a Management Accountant in the health sector. His roles have included Head of Primary Care Finance and Assistant Director of Finance.
Matthew leads on the valuations and oversees our finance department. He believes in a ‘hands-on personal approach’. Right from the start, he allows up to an hour for each valuation appointment, building on the careful research and market analysis performed, he will go into as much (or as little) detail as the seller requires to ensure the valuation of the property (and the science behind it) is understood.
