Matthew is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has performed over three thousand valuations.
Matthew is also a qualified accountant with fifteen years’ experience as a Management Accountant in the health sector. His roles have included Head of Primary Care Finance and Assistant Director of Finance.
Matthew leads on the valuations and oversees our finance department. He believes in a ‘hands-on personal approach’. Right from the start, he allows up to an hour for each valuation appointment, building on the careful research and market analysis performed, he will go into as much (or as little) detail as the seller requires to ensure the valuation of the property (and the science behind it) is understood.
Sally is responsible for the operational management of the company.
She has a background in operational management within the public health sector including Associate Director of Performance and Divisional General Manager.
Sally manages the operational team and takes overall responsibility for customer service, including negotiations, completions and client communication all of which are the fundamental principles that our company is founded on.
In addition Sally leads on the marketing for the company and is passionate about ensuring we provide the very best in property marketing details.
Sally is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Customer Service Manager and Sales Progression
Customer service is at the forefront of everything The Purple Property Shop stands for and Lynne’s role as Customer Service Manager cements our principles together.
A key part of Lynne’s role is to manage all properties under offer through to completion including communicating with all sellers, buyers and solicitors. Lynne’s aim is to make the process as stress free as possible for clients and reduce the risk of property sales falling through.
Lynne is also the Office Manager and is responsible for managing the administrative side of the company.
With a solid grounding in office administration, Lynne trained and worked as a secretary embarking on a long career as a television advertising sales executive before leaving to raise her children.
Having returned to work after a substantial break Lynne is a very dynamic and valued member of our team.
Property Marketing Manager
Danielle heads up the marketing of all the properties.
She is passionate about photography and believes that the key to selling a property is first-class marketing and her appointment is paramount to achieving this goal.
Danielle graduated with a degree in visual arts which was heavily focused on photography and also possesses an interior design qualification. Danielle brings a creative element to the team to ensure that our properties stand out from the crowd.
Bursting with enthusiasm and ideas, Danielle is always willing to offer alternative photographic options to our clients to ensure that their property is always shown in the best light.
Natasha brings to the team previous experience in lettings and conveyancing. She holds Level 2 in Introduction to Residential Property Management Practice and manages our lettings department and ensures all our landlords are kept up to date with the ever-changing legislation.
Taking a very hands on approach, Natasha inspects all our rental properties to assess them prior to a tenant moving in so the correct advice and guidance can be provided to our landlords. She also oversees all property inspections and manages the maintenance programme for all our rental properties.
Natasha believes in delivering excellent customer service, going the extra mile to ensure any issues are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.
The marketing we undertake on our properties is second to none and this is because of the outstanding qualities of the photographs we take of all the properties.
Holly is our second photographer and brings with her a wealth of experience both in her photography degree and also in her experience as a freelance photographer and as a property photographer. Her attention to detail whilst at a property is what makes her photography stand out and she relishes the time she spends on a shoot.
Holly also reviews the property marketing details and works with the sellers to keep the information we hold on each property relevant and up to date.
Ashley joined us with a desire to learn about the property industry and his enthusiasm for his role demonstrates this.
Ashley will very likely be the first person you talk to when you call us and he will help with any questions you may have on a property on a property. He will also arrange a valuation or viewing if you wish.
Ashley is also part of the lettings team and undertakes property inspections and check-ins. He also manages the maintenance side of the properties we manage and supports tenants with any property issues they may have.
We are pleased to have Ruth join our team as she brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the rental sector.
Ruth has worked in property management for both the council and private companies, managing rental properties and resolving tenant issues.
Her role with us involves undertake the majority of viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, and in addition, support the lettings team by undertaking inspections and check-ins.
