Matthew Jones

Managing Director

 

If you book a valuation with The Purple Property Shop, Matthew will very likely be the first person you meet.

Matthew is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has performed over three thousand valuations.

Matthew is also a qualified accountant with fifteen years’ experience as a Management Accountant in the health sector. His roles have included Head of Primary Care Finance and Assistant Director of Finance.

Matthew leads on the valuations and oversees our finance department. He believes in a ‘hands-on personal approach’. Right from the start, he allows up to an hour for each valuation appointment, building on the careful research and market analysis performed, he will go into as much (or as little) detail as the seller requires to ensure the valuation of the property (and the science behind it) is understood.

Sally Jones

Director of Sales & Lettings

Sally is responsible for the operational management of the company.

She has a background in operational management within the public health sector including Associate Director of Performance and Divisional General Manager.

Sally manages the operational team and takes overall responsibility for customer service, including negotiations, completions and client communication all of which are the fundamental principles that our company is founded on.

In addition Sally leads on the marketing for the company and is passionate about ensuring we provide the very best in property marketing details.

Sally is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Debra Haynes

Branch Manager

Debra has over 20 years experience in the industry. Initially as a negotiator and then moving into a Branch Manager role.

Debra brings with her a wealth of knowledge in both sales and lettings and holds both the NAEA and ARLA qualifications.

With a passion for property Debra is keen to ensure we continue to provide the very best in customer service and is a point of contact for anyone wishing to sell their property.

Debra also oversees the sales department and lettings department, offering support and advice to the team, along with providing support to clients.

Megan Ratcliffe

Sales Progressions Manager

Selling a property can often be a stressful experience and we feel it is pivotal that the process is managed well. Megan manages all the properties that are under offer with us and that is no easy feat! However, her calm manner and reassuring management style ensures the process runs smoothly.

With a background in sales progression Megan can deal with any issues that could possibly arise in the sales process and provides the sound advice both sellers and buyers need to see the sale through to completion.

Oliver Boyden

Assistant Lettings Manager

When Oliver joined our team he brought with him a lovely ability to develop a great rapport with clients and is always full of enthusiasm.

Oliver is part of the lettings team and manages the property maintenance department, along with undertaking all the property inspections and dealing with day to day enquiries regarding our managed properties.

Emily Seddon

Nothing stands out more in marketing a property than the photographs, which is why we feel a professional photographer is pivotal in that process.

Emily studied photography at both college and university and her photographic skills take on a life of their own when she is at a property, with great attention to detail.

In addition, Emily also undertakes our social media videos, showcasing our properties across all the social media platforms.

Tara Aspinall

Property Consultant

Tara has joined our team with such enthusiasm and flare. She undertakes the majority of our viewings and always develops a natural rapport with clients, ensuring all their queries about properties are answered.
