If you book a valuation with The Purple Property Shop, Matthew will very likely be the first person you meet.
Matthew is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has performed over five thousand valuations.

Matthew is also a qualified accountant with fifteen years’ experience as a Management Accountant in the health sector.

Matthew leads on the valuations and oversees our finance department.

He believes in a ‘hands-on personal approach’. Right from the start, he allows up to an hour for each valuation appointment, building on the careful research and market analysis performed, he will go into as much (or as little) detail as the seller requires to ensure the valuation of the property (and the science behind it) is understood.

Just wanted to leave a review for the lovely Mollie who we dealt with whilst looking for our first home.
