Found your ideal rental property in Bolton? Here's what to expect from the process once your offer is accepted.

Step 1 — Fees & Paperwork
Within 48 hours of your offer being accepted, you'll need to complete the required paperwork to progress your application. Details of our tenant fees can be found here.

Step 2 — Right to Rent & References
Every occupier over 18 must visit our office with original documents to confirm their right to reside in the UK. You'll also need to complete an online reference application through our third-party referencing agency. Documents required include three months' bank statements, photo ID, proof of address, and references from your employer and current or previous landlord.

Step 3 — Tenancy Agreement
Once your references have been approved, we'll invite you to our office to review and sign your tenancy agreement. Take your time with this — we're happy to answer any questions before you sign.

Step 4 — Move-In
All move-in monies must be received in cleared funds at least four working days before your tenancy start date. Once payment is confirmed, we'll arrange your check-in appointment, where you'll receive copies of all relevant documents and our agent will check smoke and CO detectors are in working order.
