Landlords are you aware of the change in regulations for carbon monoxide detectors, due to be implemented from 1st October 2022.
A carbon monoxide detector will be required in all rooms where there is a fixed gas appliance, such as a gas boiler or gas fire. However, gas cookers are excluded from this updated regulation.
You are responsible for ensuring they are in place.
