As an estate agent we are always thinking of how to give our clients, based in and around the Bolton area, the best in marketing for their property.
Our professional photographers take fantastic photographs but we are always looking at innovative ways of marketing properties, ensuring our clients get the very best in customer experience.
For the past few months we have been trialling video to showcase properties and it has been a great success. This year we have carried out a trial of property videos to see what our clients through of the service and also to enable us to assess how they were received . . . we shouldn’t have worried, everyone has loved them!
The videos have been shown mainly on Facebook but as the number of them have grown we have now introduced our own You Tube channel so people can see them all in one place.
The idea of the videos is a walk-through of the property, giving potential buyers a greater experience and understanding of the property than pictures along can provide.
The video captures not just the property but the garden areas and selling features of the property. It is then edited and once completed can last from two to five minutes depending on the size of the house.
We are planning to continue to work on our video technique and to ensure they are of an exceptionally high standard and the aim is to now offer then to all clients.
We are all really excited about how well the trial went and especially because we believe we are the only estate agent in the North West to offer this service free of charge. We feel this is a real gem in property marketing and being able to offer this to people selling their property with us is fantastic.
